Back when Wideopenwest was my service provider, I had MANY unexplained problems that Vonage Support could not solve (including CID problem). After a couple of years of aggravation I switched to Road Runner. I have been a very happy Road Runner user for about a year now and have had NO problems with Vonage nor CID.
