Vonage I e-mailed Vonage and VTech if they could recommend a particular brand or model

I e-mailed Vonage and VTech if they could recommend a particular brand or model of voltage converter (to go 240 to 110). Vonage answered that "I need a voltage converter" No sh#t, Sherlock! So I wrote back and asked WHICH ONE - IS THERE A BRAND YOU KNOW WORKS? (because the equipment is pretty sensitive to just the right power adapter). So they sent back their output and input specs (which I already got from their web site...). Even MORE useless was VTEch. They said 'we can't support you outside the US, read your warranty and by the way, those super impressive European phone companies probably don't want you to hook up to their network'. Big help.. Anyhoo, I know a friend who took her Vonage to the UK for a year and, as best as I can figure, used a voltage transformer on her US equipment. I just don't know which one. ANyone out there have a brand or model to share? Thx much!
